The purpose of this Condition is to regulate user usage behavior, ensure the operational order of this Software, and maintain the legitimate interests of users and the operators of this Software (hereinafter referred to as “Operators”). This Condition follows the International Universal Software Services Code, which applies to all users who use this Software. Users who download, install, and use this Software are deemed to have fully read, understood, and voluntarily comply with all the terms of this Condition; if they do not agree with this Condition, please do not use this Software.
1. General Rules
Purpose and Effectiveness of the 1.1 Ordinance
1.1.1 The purpose of this Ordinance is to clarify the rights and obligations between users and operators, to regulate users‘ behavior in using this Software, to prevent the risks of unauthorized use, to ensure the stable operation of this Software and the legitimate use rights and interests of all users.
1.1.2 This Ordinance is the core basis for users‘ use of this Software and, together with relevant documentation such as the Software‘s privacy policy, feature description, etc., constitutes a complete system of rules for users‘ use of this Software and has equal legal validity.
1.2 Applicability Scope
1.2.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Software, including but not limited to natural persons, corporations, and other organizations who download, install, register (if applicable), log in, and use the functions of the Software.
1.2.2 This provision applies to all functional modules of this Software, including all service content such as local video import, playback, video library management, customer feedback, etc., and does not apply to third-party software or services.
1.3 Declaration of Rights
1.3.1 All intellectual property rights of the Software (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, etc.) belong to the operator, and users may not copy, modify, disseminate, or transfer the intellectual property rights related to the Software without the operator‘s written permission.
1.3.2 Users use the Software only with non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable use of the Software, not to use the Software for purposes prohibited by these provisions, and not to arbitrarily hack or alter the Software programs.
2. User Registration and Account Management (if applicable)
2.1 Account Registration
2.1.1 This Software can optionally use core features without registration; if users need to use value-added features such as personalized management (if available), they must complete account registration as prompted by the Software and provide truthful, legal, and valid relevant information (no mandatory requirement for providing personal identification information).
2.1.2 When registering an account, users must comply with international general laws, regulations, and public procedures. They must not register an account name that contains illegal, irregular, vulgar, infringing rights, etc., and they must not register an account using someone else‘s identity information.
2.2 Account Usage and Storage
2.2.1 Users should safeguard their account and related login credentials, take full responsibility for all usage under their account, and the operator will not be liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure or theft of the user‘s account.
2.2.2 Users must not lease, lend, transfer their account to third parties for use, nor share their account with third parties. If any abnormality, loss, or violation of their account results from any of the above behaviors, users assume full responsibility.
2.3 Account Logout
2.3.1 Users can voluntarily apply for a sign-out account following the process suggested by this Software. Upon sign-out, all data under that account (excluding locally stored videos and related files) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
2.3.2 Upon sign-out of an account, users will lose all rights to use that account, no longer enjoy this Software-related value-added services (if any), and the resulting benefits will not be refunded.
3. User Usage Specifications
3.1 Legal Use Requirements
3.1.1 When using the Software, users must strictly comply with common international laws and regulations, relevant international conventions, and public procedures, and must not use the Software to engage in any illegal or unlawful activities.
3.1.2 Users should ensure that they possess the legal use rights or copyrights for local video files that they import and play back. They must not import or play back video files containing illegal content such as pornography, violence, terrorism, infringement of rights, and illegal content. They must not use this Software to disseminate illegal content.
3.2 Software Operating Specifications
3.2.1 Users should use the various features of the Software according to the functional instructions and operation guidelines, do not arbitrarily hack, alter the programs of the Software, do not interfere with the proper operation of the Software, and do not bypass the functional limitations of the Software.
3.2.2 When users use video management features (renaming, deleting, etc.), they should operate with caution. The operator assumes no responsibility for the loss or corruption of video files due to user error.
3.3 Forbidden Behaviors
3.3.1 The Software is prohibited from being used to disseminate harmful information such as illegal, non-regular, vulgar, infringing, false, etc., and is prohibited from being used to engage in activities that compromise cybersecurity and violate the legitimate rights of others.
3.3.2 Prohibiting reverse engineering, reverse compilation, decoding, alteration, production, distribution of decoded versions of the Software, modification versions of the Software, and exploitation of the Software for unlawful gain.
4. Software Service and Maintenance
4.1 Service Provision
4.1.1 Operators will provide users with stable, convenient services of this Software, as stipulated in this Ordinance, ensuring the normal use of core functions (local video import, playback, and management).
4.1.2 Operators have the right to adjust the content of the functionality of this Software according to requirements such as software optimizations, technical upgrades, legal and regulatory updates, etc. If core functionality changes are involved, users will be notified in advance through in-Software prompts.
4.2 Service Maintenance
4.2.1 Operators will regularly maintain and upgrade this Software, and may temporarily interrupt service. Related maintenance information will be notified to users in advance through prompts within the Software, and users should cooperate with this.
4.2.2 If the Software cannot be used properly due to non-operator causes such as irresistible forces, network failures, device problems, etc., the Operator will do its best to troubleshoot and fix the issue, but will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the users as a result.
4.3 Termination of Service
4.3.1 If the User violates the provisions of this Ordinance, the Operator has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of this Software service to the User, without prior notice to the User, and without bearing any liability for compensation.
4.3.2 Operators have the right to terminate all or part of the services of this Software according to their own business plan, technological development, etc., and to ensure the legal rights and interests of users by notifying users 30 days in advance through a notification in the Software before termination.
5. Intellectual Property Protection
5.1 Operator Intellectual Property Rights
5.1.1 All intellectual property rights of this Software (including but not limited to the Software code, interface design, icons, names, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of the operator and are protected by international intellectual property laws and regulations.
5.1.2 Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, transfer, lease, or license any intellectual property-related content of the Software to others without the Operator‘s written permission, and are not permitted to violate the Operator’s intellectual property rights.
5.2 User Intellectual Property Rights
5.2.1 The intellectual property rights of the local video files, self-edited video names, and other related content that the user imports from this Software belong to the user or the legal rights holder, and the operator does not enjoy the relevant intellectual property rights.
5.2.2 If the content that the user uploads or imports violates the intellectual property rights of a third party, the user assumes full responsibility. Upon receiving a complaint from a third party, the operator has the right to pause the playback function of the relevant content and require the user to make corrections.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Limitation of liability
6.1.1 This Software provides only local video playback and management services, and is not responsible for the authenticity, legality, and integrity of user-imported video files, and the operator is not responsible for user losses due to problems with the video files themselves.
6.1.2 Any losses arising from non-operating causes such as the user‘s own operational errors, equipment failure, network problems, third-party software interference, etc., are the sole responsibility of the user, and the operator assumes no liability.
6.2 Irresistible Disclaimer
6.2.1 The Operator assumes no responsibility for the failure of this Software to provide service normally due to unavoidable forces (including, but not limited to, unforeseen, unavoidable, and unconquerable events such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, wars, network disruptions, and technical failures).
6.2.2 After the occurrence of an irresistible force, the operator will strive to minimize losses and promptly inform users of the relevant situation to restore service as soon as possible.
6.3 Third-Party Disclaimer
6.3.1 This Software does not integrate any third-party services, and if users switch to a third-party platform through this Software, the related services and information protection are the responsibility of the third party, and the operator assumes no responsibility.
7. Updates and Modifications of the Regulations
7.1 Update Rights
7.1.1 Operators have the right to modify and improve this provision in accordance with updates to international laws and regulations, upgrades to software functionality, and adjustments to operational requirements. The updated provision will replace the original provision.
7.2 Update Notification
7.2.1 After updating this Condition, an update prompt will be published in a prominent location on the settings interface of this Software, informing users of the changes to the Condition, and if users continue to use this Software, they will be considered to have agreed to the updated Condition.
7.2.2 In the event of major modifications to this provision (which involve substantial changes to the core rights, obligations, and usage specifications of users), users will be required to read through a pop-up window, and only after confirming their consent can they continue using the Software.
8. Dispute Resolution and Contact Us
8.1 Dispute Resolution
8.1.1 Any dispute arising between the User and the Operator over the use of this Software and compliance with this Ordinance should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, both parties have the right to file a lawsuit in the courts with jurisdiction where the Operator resides.
8.1.2 During the dispute resolution process, both parties must comply with international common law and regulations, respect each other‘s legitimate rights and interests, and do not adopt illegal or unconventional ways to resolve disputes.
