3.1 Storage Location

3.1.1 The user information collected by this Software is stored on the user‘s local device and is not uploaded to any cloud server, ensuring that the user has absolute control over their own information.

3.1.2 If the user voluntarily provides feedback information through customer service channels, the relevant information will be temporarily stored on the international servers of this Software operator (non-China territory) for only the reasonable amount of time needed to process the user‘s claim.

3.2 Storage Period

3.2.1 Locally stored user information (device information, usage behavior information) will continue to be stored on the user‘s device until the user uninstalls this Software or manually deletes the relevant data.

3.2.2 Customer Service Feedback related information will be automatically deleted within 7 business days after user claims are processed, and no copies will be retained.

5.3.1 Users can withdraw all consent to the collection, storage, and use of information by the Software by uninstalling the Software.
